Chad A. Glazer, MD

Dr. Glazer is the only board-certified Facial Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon in Porter and LaPorte counties. He attended Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the prestigious Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in 2006. He continued at Johns Hopkins, where he did his residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery with advanced training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery from 2006-2012. He started his career in 2012 working with the Franciscan Physicians Network. Dr. Glazer has offices in both Chesterton and Michigan City. Board certified in both Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, he is among an elite group of only 1,000 surgeons worldwide. He has written numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters in his fields of expertise.

Dr. Glazer’s practice encompasses all aspects of reconstructive and cosmetic surgery of the head, face and neck including significant training and experience in caring for patients with hair loss and the art of hair transplantation. His expertise in facial rejuvenation includes facelifts, eyelid lifts, neck lifts, liposuction of the neck, functional and cosmetic nasal surgery, and minimally invasive procedures such as cosmetic injectables and skin care regimens to combat the effects of aging. In addition, Dr. Glazer has a strong interest in the treatment and care of patients with skin cancer and defects related to skin cancer of the face, neck, and scalp.

Dr. Glazer serves on the board of the La Porte County Medical Society, on the board of the Franciscan Alliance Foundation, and the board of the Open Door Community Alliance.

Stephanie Comet-Pantelic, LE

Stephanie joins Glazer Facial Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery with years of experience in the medical esthetics field. Stephanie’s passion for beauty and esthetics started from a young age, as well as a love of learning and continued curiosity. In addition to the prestigious training that she obtained from the Universal Spa Training Academy in Chicago, she also holds a Master of Accountancy degree. This unique background helps to define her critical thinking approach to skincare solutions and advanced esthetic treatments.

As a certified laser technician, Stephanie is excited to offer her advanced skills in laser skin rejuvenation and laser hair removal. In addition, her scope of practice includes radio frequency microneedling, dermaplaning, chemical peels, medical-grade facials, and extensive knowledge of multiple skin care lines. She is also an expert in surgical and medical hair restoration. Her compassion, enthusiasm, and positive attitude exude in her client interactions and experiences.

Jocelyn Jackson, LE 

Jocelyn Jackson is a highly skilled esthetician at Glazer Facial Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery, bringing years of experience and a passion for helping patients achieve healthy, glowing skin. With her dedication to corrective skincare and long-term results, Jocelyn takes a personalized approach to every patient’s unique needs.

Trained at the prestigious National Laser Institute in Arizona and Tricoci Beauty University, Jocelyn has developed advanced expertise in skin rejuvenation and laser treatments. Her practice includes detailed skin and facial analysis, collagen stimulation through microneedling and radiofrequency microneedling, as well as medical-grade facials, chemical peels, and dermaplaning. She is also highly experienced in brow shaping and specializes in surgical and medical hair restoration and is a certified laser technician.
