Opening Update: Call Now to Schedule your Appointment

We hope this message finds you and your family safe, healthy, and taking the proper precautions. In light of the evolving COVID-19 situation, we anticipate that this will be the first in a series of updates regarding our practice. We want to assure you that as we open our doors, we are following guidelines put forth by the CDC, as well as the Indiana state government and local hospital systems.

We are now scheduling patients, but we have made some changes to our current daily operations in order to assure your safety and the safety of our team.  In order to maintain social distancing, we will initially be limiting  the number of patients that we see daily. This will minimize patients in our common areas before and after appointments.  In addition, no visitors are allowed to accompany patients at an appointment; however, if a patient does need assistance, one visitor will be allowed.

As always, we follow extremely stringent hygiene protocols and all disinfecting/sterilization guidelines. As we reopen, rest assured that these processes will continue and additional and more frequent cleaning and disinfecting of high touch surfaces will be performed throughout the day.

When scheduling, patients will complete a verbal questionnaire. Patients with a history of cough, fever, travel to hot spots, or contact with persons positive with COVID-19 will be rescheduled. We are actively screening all clinical staff as well, including daily temperature checks. Upon arrival, additional questions will be asked and all patients will be temperature-screened. We are asking that all patients wear face masks (if you do not arrive with your own mask, a clean mask will be provided for you). Staff will also be wearing masks and/or face shields for all patients. We ask that our patients wear their masks throughout their appointment and only remove them when asked to do so by staff in order for a procedure or exam to be completed.

During these challenging times, we want to assure you that we are taking every precaution possible to minimize risk for our patients, staff, and community.

With gratitude and well wishes,

The Glazer Team
